Black Beach

Black Beach, whose name derives from its black sand, is located within walking distance of our diving center. It is an ideal dive site with an easy entry, making it suitable for divers of all skill levels. Divers have the flexibility to customize their dives based on their preferences: they can choose to explore depths of approximately 15 meters or venture into greater depths of 30 meters and beyond. This allows both beginners and advanced divers to adapt the dive according to their abilities. Black Beach offers the opportunity to observe rays and angel sharks. These majestic marine creatures are regular visitors to the area and provide divers with an unforgettable experience. But there are also seahorses, cuttlefish, and octopuses to admire along the beautiful reef edge present here. Divers of every level will be thrilled by this dive site and take home unforgettable memories. After the dive, we conveniently walk back to the dive center.

The Agujero Azul (Blue Hole) is an extraordinarily beautiful dive site in Puerto del Carmen. It is a tunnel that connects the sandy shallow area to the cliff, leading into breath-taking depths. The Cathedral in Puerto del Carmen is a very popular dive site in Lanzarote. A typical inhabitant of this dive site is the grouper - an extraordinary creature that is born as a female and undergoes a gender metamorphosis to become a male once it reaches a certain size.

The reef of Fariones in Puerto del Carmen is a dive site of a special kind. Although this dive spot is easily accessible from the beach, it features the steepest cliffs in close proximity to the coast. This makes it unique among the entire Canary Islands. Just a few meters from the entry point, the reef walls drop down to depths of 50 or 60 meters. At this dive site, you can not only admire forests of black corals, but also watch as tuna, rays, and angel sharks gracefully swim by. It is a dive site that can make divers' dreams come true.

Puerto del Carmen
This dive site, which we conveniently reach with our own boat, is a great opportunity to dive six different sunken ships in one dive location. These wrecks are inhabited by a rich marine fauna, and the landscape of this marine ecosystem differs from all other dive sites around Lanzarote. Among the remains of the ships, habitats have formed for scorpionfish, seabream, and glassy-eyed fish. In addition, the surrounding sandy ground also provides habitat for rays and angel sharks.

This dive site received its unique name from the tropical ambiance that envelops it at its entry point: As we descend just a few meters into the water and find ourselves enclosed by rugged cliffs, a distinct atmosphere emerges through the interplay of sunlight and the reflection of light off the white sand. The dive begins at the buoy line, guiding us directly towards the cliff wall, where we will find an orange coral, gorgonians, and groupers.

An unforgettable dive along an extraordinary reef wall, which holds a variety of marine treasures for mindful admirers of the underwater world. Even at shallow depths, there is always something new to discover, and we can observe crustacean anemones, groupers, trumpetfish, and much more. We usually start this dive from our own boat to be able to descend directly to the reef wall.

This unique underwater landscape provides habitat for many marine creatures that can be observed here. When we shine our flashlights into the individual caves and niches, we see, among others, orange corals and narval shrimps. This dive site was named in memory of a dive guide who made this spot known to the public.

Playa Blanca
Playa Flamingo in Playa Blanca is a dive site with shallow to moderate depths. Here, large schools of fish can be wonderfully observed in clear water all year round, making this dive site suitable for both beginners and experienced divers. Nevertheless, this dive site can offer very special moments: beyond the breakwaters, schools of barracudas, sea breams, and sardines pass by, and occassionally, angel sharks and rays can be spotted in the white sand.

The Playa del Jablillo (Jablillo Beach) is a sheltered, artificially designed bay that provides safe and tranquil waters, making it an ideal location for learning how to use mask and snorkel, as well as for your first steps learning to dive with tanks. The bay comes up with diverse and abundant marine life, including groups of salema, bream, seabream, ordinary damselfish, exotic and brightly coloured ornate wrasse, spider crabs, and wide-eyed flounders. More experienced divers can exit the sheltered bay and explore the reef surrounding Playa del Jablillo.

Charco del Palo
This dive site is particularly remarkable due to its untouched volcanic rock formations, combined with radiant white patches of sand, making it a special gem. Within a confined area, a variety of native ecosystems can be admired, including different cliffs and caves that provide extensive habitat for algae forests and sea urchins. At greater depths, beautiful black corals can be observed. The likelihood of encountering angel sharks and rays is especially high at this dive site, particularly during the right season and when paying great attention.

After the termination of the fishing agreement between the Canary Islands and Morocco, numerous fishing boats were no longer needed and they were sunk in the sea. Among them is this particular wreck, measuring approximately 35 meters in length. Resting on its side beside a rocky cliff, it remained well-preserved, and - with its numerous niches and caves – serves as a habitat for a variety of marine fauna. This unique site offers the opportunity not only to explore the entirety of the sunken vessel but also to observe diverse marine life.
