Guided dives (including Try Scuba & Basic Diver)
1. Cancellation before the start of the planned activity:
a) If the participation is cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity, no costs will be incurred.
b) In the event of a cancellation by the customer between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled start of the diving activity, 50% of the agreed price will be refunded.
c) If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the scheduled start of the diving activity, the total amount is to be paid.
d) Exceptions: If a cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled start of the diving activity is due to health reasons, 50% of the agreed price will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate. The retention is intended to partially cover the costs of the diving school's loss of earnings; we kindly ask for your understanding.
e) Rebooking is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the diving activity and if a suitable alternative date is available. Otherwise, the conditions for cancellation (points 1 to 3) apply.
2. Termination during the diving activity:
a) In the event of the termination of a diving activity (early termination of the dive, waiving the second dive) for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
b) In the event of the termination of a diving activity for health reasons (pain, injuries, or similar), a refund of 30 euros will be granted.#
